Busy Cash Buzz Terms and Conditions AGE Limit: You agree that you are the age of 18 or older. You agree to receive any earned monies through Alertpay instantly and to complete the entire joining process (including paying the Admin Fee).
You must have business or personal-pro Alertpay account. It`s free. Number of Accounts: You agree to only create 1 account. If we find that you have more than 1 Account You will be deleted with no Warning!

It is Your Responsibility to make sure Your Alert Pay email is working properly.  If we get a report that someone wants to join but cannot due to your AlertPay Email  not working properly you will be deleted with no refund! You may rejoined when the problem is corrected!

Posting Ads and Banners 
You agree that any ad posts that displays and/or connects with malware, porn, gambling, warez, or other inappropriate sites will be DELETED and that your account will be deleted without refund. -
You agree that no ad posts will promote any form of illegal activity. You agree that all ad posts will be fully compliant with federal and state laws. 
You agree to No Money in the Subject Lines of Your Post to any Member of the Busy Cash Buzz. If you are caught doing this your account will be deleted! 
You agree to no racist or hateful ads. 
You agree to only have links in ad posts that point to other html web pages.
You agree to only use text and images. - You agree that your ads contain no Java script, DHTML or Popups, Audio/video may be included.
You agree not to include profanity in your ad posts.
You agree that any form of misleading readers will not be tolerated.
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails! Please do not sign up with a boxbe email. You will be deleted with no warning! Suggestion: Since you will be using your AlertPay Email to receive other members emails, Create a Folder in your email account for BusyCashBuzz Mail!
If your Alertpay email address bounces or send backs BusyCashBuzz message with an autoresponder, your account will be Deleted with NO Warning.

Policies All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of the BusyCashBuzz. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time.
All members agree that they will not hold the BusyCashBuzz liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds:
Once you pay for an Lifetime upgraded membership, you cannot get a refund.

By joining and paying for any paid portion of the BusyCashBuzz, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

SPAM
The BusyCashBuzz has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $100,000 in fines.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.
To falsify user information provided to BusyCashBuzz or to other users of the service in connection with BusyCashBuzz, or any of it's other sites.
To use the BusyCashBuzz name and URL through bought commercial bulk email lists.
To create more than 1 account! All Accounts will be Deleted! You will receive No Warning!

The Busy Cash Buzz Payment System
By submitting payment to the sponsor shown, you are sending them the first part of the sponsorship fee to become a lifetime member of this site. Upon completion of the payment to the sponsor, you will be redirected back to this website to complete your signup.

By joining and adding your ID, you agree that you understand fully that the system is completely random! The Busy Cash Buzz Staff has decided to include the purchasing of weight.  If you select to choose a lower rotation weight you must understand this: Your ID may not be displayed as often as another member who has a rotation weight set to a higher value. You also agree that you understand, not all visitors to the main page that is advertised by us will  automatically choose to join the system. We do not and will not guarantee 100% that all members will receive random payments from the system although all members ID's are rotated and ID's are displayed. We Do Guarantee that we will advertise the website consistently.

Please make sure you understand fully the rules about unsolicited advertising. All members who join the system will be issued with a sponsor URL to send their own prospects to join the system via their own payment ID. The URL is issued with your sponsor ID included in the address. You may use this URL to link to from your website, by sending in email messages and sending direct traffic there to. We operate a strict ANTI SPAM policy and WILL DELETE any sponsor instantly that uses their link in any form of unsolicited advertising. We take SPAM complaints very seriously and will make NO exceptions to this rule.

You must understand and agree to all the above conditions before proceeding to join. The BusyCashBuzz reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
